Forget the artificial brand sports drinks, you can make your own homemade sports drink with simple organic ingredients.
Recipe type: drink
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS
4 cups coconut water
¼ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
½ teaspoon calcium magnesium powder
½ cup juice, here you can pick your flavor, I like to mix lemon and lime.
1 tablespoon honey (I use Tasmanian Organic Leatherwood Honey)
1/4 cup chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher with ice and stir until the salt is dissolved.
Keep chilled.
