1. Skipping
Skipping helps improve cardio-respiratory fitness, flexibility, co-ordination, balance and rhythm. Plus while skipping you use 40 percent upper body and 60 percent lower body – making it a good all over body workout.You can burn up to 100 calories in 10 minutes.
Pop your stop watch on:
20 seconds on 10 seconds off x 4
50 seconds on 10 seconds off x 4
50 seconds on 10 seconds off x 4
2. Boxing
Burn over 800 calories per hour! This kick ass exercise combines combat techniques with cardio so you get a whole body workout. You burn fat and tone up by punching and kicking. Don’t have gloves or a bag? No need! Jump in front of a mirror and start punching air or jump in the pool and splash about under water!

3.Stair Climbing
They are free, they are amazing and best of all they are great for your legs, butt, cardiovascular fitness! Walking and running up stairs is a great way to lose weight, improve fitness levels, and tone and strengthen your legs, tummy and buttock.
Try mixing stairs into your fitness routine such as running up and down a flight when you’re out jogging. The incline will make your jog more challenging and help you burn calories faster! Find a flight of stairs hopefully around 40 stairs depending on how many there is you can spilt them up via single step and than skip at step.
