1.Pizza

Organic tomato paste

Home made pesto
To make left over pizza simply grab your mountain bread and place in fan forced oven until it becomes slightly brown at 150c fan forced.
Remove from oven and place organic tomato paste.
Place veggies on top along with a smearing of your home made pesto
10 minutes later…Voila!
2. Roast Veggies and Brown rice dish

Brown rice
-
Pepitas, sunflower and almonds

Dash olive oil
-
Chilli flakes
Either cook your rice, microwave for 90 second solution or boil for 25 minutes.
Pan fry your nuts in coconut oil until brown.Throw the veggies in with your brown rice and nuts. Delicious new dish.
3.Roast Veggies Salads

Spinach leaves
-
Olive oil
-
Chilli
This is the fastest dinner possible. Throw your veggies into a bowl with spinach olive oil and chillies.
4.Roast Veggies Quiche
-
Spinach leaves
-
Low fat ricotta
-
3 eggs
-
Spelt mountain bread
Blend all ingredients together (eggs and ricotta)
Layer down mountain bread one sheet thin in a baking dish. Layer all the spinach down
Pour roast veggies on, egg and ricotta mixture to follow. Bake on 150c until brown approx 20 minutes. Serve!
